Vortexify guarantees a Monthly Uptime Percentage of at least **99.9%**. This ensures your critical business logic and infrastructure remain operational across our global node network.
Uptime Calculation:
Uptime = (Total Minutes in Month - Downtime) / Total Minutes in Month
02. Support Response Hierarchy

| P0 - Critical | 1 Hour | Total service outage or security breach. |
| P1 - High | 4 Hours | Significant feature impairment. |
| P2 - Standard | 12 Hours | General queries and minor bugs. |
03. Service Credits
If Vortexify fails to meet the uptime guarantee, clients are eligible to receive Service Credits applied to their next billing cycle.
SLA Maintenance
Scheduled maintenance windows occur between **02:00 and 04:00 AM EST** on Sundays. These windows are excluded from downtime calculations.
